I’m trying to be good. Great weather and an abundance of fresh produce makes it a bit easier for me in my quest to eliminate an extra 20 pounds. My grill has once again become my primary cooking methodology. Saturday evening I feasted on grilled chicken breast with grilled Brussels Sprouts and sautéed mushrooms.
