2015—Redding Potpourri

I drove up to Redding Friday afternoon, to team with my brother to photograph the Northern California Fly Fishing Expo again this year. While that is only slightly more interesting than watching paint dry, readers of this blog can look forward to photographs of the event in future posts! But today’s post is just a few random shots that have nothing to do with tying flies or fishing.

While we lounged on the patio enjoying a bottle of Ménage à Trois Zinfandel (who knew?) I photographed a potted cyclamen and Mady on her own turf (pun intended). Finally, because I’m in Redding and the expo will be held where I can actually see the eagle’s nest that is featured in its own webcam, (I’m not sure how close I’ll be able to get) I’m including a screen shot I took this morning of the three eaglets on the nest with mother Liberty.
