Yellowstone National Park has massive and dramatic vistas but along with those grand vistas that define it, there are small details that make up that grand view. I often am drawn to those tiny details like this tantalizing bit of snow on the tip of a pine bough at the overlook of Yellowstone Falls at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. I used my new NikonZ6II and my equally new Nikkor 70-200mmZ lens with the NikonZ-TC14x to capture closeups of the tree’s details.

  1. Carol, you always find something interesting to photograph. The only thing my camera gets shots of these days is the inside of my camera bag. Nice shot.
