It’s that time of year. The Rookery here in Lincoln is active with lots of nest-building activity. Both Great Egrets and Great Blue Herons, like this one, are seeking out building supplies. Yesterday morning this GBH flew from the direction of the rookery. I’m assuming it’s seeking building supplies.
