I was making a lemon tart that called for lots of egg yolks and just a couple of whole eggs. Of course, I seize on any and every opportunity to take of photo of something that appeals to me and the little cluster of tiny bubbles in the midst of the yolks caught my eye. It looks like chorus of gap-toothed smiley faces.
