Last week on Kodiak, we had, for me, record numbers of bears to photograph. But, when there is the occasional lull in bear activity, the guys fish and I photograph them. One of our guides, Chris, loves to fish and is a fishing guide as well as a Bear guide. He caught three of the six Silver Salmon on this afternoon; Eric caught two, and Moose caught one.
Looks like the fishing was quite good. Did you get to eat any of the catch. The best tasting fish is catch of the day. Moose being the good photographer that he is also knows that when you pose for a photo with your catch, you hold it out in front of you to make it look as big as possible.
