A bite of lizard couldn’t have been much of a lunch for this Red-shouldered Hawk. Walking through Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Florida this past February, we came across this hawk on a low branch having lunch. It was just finishing a bite of lizard, what’s left of it, grasped in its talon.
